Designed and delivered three separate 1 and 2 day leadership development programs for various levels of leaders, from senior vice presidents and directors; to managers and aspiring managers. Developed content and engaging design that includes in-person sessions; small peer group projects; virtual coaching support; and the use of self-awareness instruments, such as SDI and others. Program is currently in seventh year.

Worked with multiple executives and leaders from various organizations to develop actionable goals; build self-awareness around the drivers of their behavior and the impact they create; partner with key stakeholders; and measure impactful progress toward goals.
EXECUTIVE COACHING CLIENTS
Co-designed and delivered two separate, 15-month leadership development programs for both new directors and new managers. Developed a comprehensive program that included peer groups; EQi 2.0 and HBDI self-assessment instruments; monthly thought leadership; regular in-person sessions; and individualized coaching to improve application of concepts, increase emotional intelligence, and build leadership capacity. Personally coached over 60 leaders and led 8 cohorts. Programs currently in sixth year.

LEADERSHIP DESIGN, DELIVERY & COACHING
Designed and delivered a Teaming Master Class for approximately 500 employees and 50 intact teams across the country that included training topics and application conversations to allow teams to surface challenges and identify solutions. Developed a comprehensive curriculum covering topics of trust, team dynamics, personality styles, communication skills of requests and collaborative language, and ground rules and norms. Co-built team of leadership facilitators to facilitate national roll-out, and designed and delivered train-the-trainer program to support facilitator success.
TEAM-BUILDING DESIGN & DELIVERY
Created and facilitated multiple, customized team offsite sessions for various intact teams to support individual team objectives and professional development needs. Worked with team leaders to surface unique team goals, leveraged various assessments, and then created customized and relevant content and session design. Consistently received excellent evaluations and repeat invitations.
CUSTOMIZED TEAM OFFSITES
Facilitated six national offerings to teach and coach leaders the practical conversational skills of getting to real issues and solutions, while also maintaining and building relationships with the other person. Consistently received excellent evaluations and co-designed train-the-trainer program to onboard additional coaches and facilitators.
ADVANCED COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP
Worked with Director and his team member to co-create individual and dyad goals to develop a system of collaborative and direct dialogue between them.
