Joy Leach is an ICF-certified Master Coach who is passionate about supporting leaders to build their presence, confidence and skills - by living their lives from the ‘inside out’ with awareness, intention and clarity. She and I have been partnering, growing and digging into both deep and light projects and topics (curly hair included!) for almost 15 years. 

 

​Joy is a sought-after facilitator, speaker and executive coach who changes people’s lives through meaningful conversation, transformational facilitation, warmth and wisdom. Clients value each insight she offers and facilitates – I know I do as well. 

 

She is also on the Leadership Team at the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, an ICF-certified coaching school.
