Jenn is passionate about helping people develop the skills they need to succeed in the future workplace. Her unique approach to learning comes from her own experience in large, complex organizations, coupled with an unparalleled ability to connect with her audience and clients. Jenn loves working with individuals and groups helping them to become clear on their own values, skills, and goals. ​

 

We met when we were both living in San Francisco over 12 years ago, and since then, she has become a source of both grounding and lift for me, as we collaborate and support one another’s projects and lives. 

 

As an executive coach and facilitator, Jenn is able to create an open and participative learning environment where participants find themselves engaged in what feels more like a discussion than a traditional training.  Her style weaves humor, storytelling, inquiry, and skills practice with in-the-moment feedback.
